Relationships are powerful mirrors that show us deeper parts of ourselves and areas we can heal. If you find yourself stuck in painful relationship cycles that make you doubt yourself or feel resentful, you are not alone. While safe relationships are central for our wellbeing, they often activate the most hurt parts of ourselves. Caregiving and illness can also be hard to adapt to as a couple. If you want to lower relationship anxiety, reconnect, voice your needs, manage conflict, rebuild trust, or untangle emotional patterns that keep you from fully living and loving, I offer support and space to thrive in your relationships.

My flavor of therapy is warm, curious, and deeply human. I support individuals, couples, and parent-teen relationships with a strength-based, relational, and emotion-focused approach. My therapy space is trauma-informed and encouraging. I am experienced with folks navigating trauma histories, LGBTQ+ partnerships, and cultural differences.
