I am currently accepting new clients! I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ young adults and college students. My strengths are in empowering the individuals I work with to explore and find solutions that work for them. Individuals I work with may be struggling with a variety of issues including exploring sexual orientation or gender, mood disorders, trauma, co-occurring disorders, and anxiety. Many times these individuals are seeking a non-judgemental atmosphere to openly and comfortably discuss their experiences and process with a professional.
I specialize in providing informed and affirming LGBTQIA+ care. I am a trauma informed practitioner. In working with individuals, I use Person-Centered Approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I strive to be a culturally sensitive therapist who provides a creative, non-judgmental atmosphere for the individuals I work with.
If you are looking for a therapist, I empower you to take the first step by reaching out to make an appointment. I will walk with you the rest of the way. I am a certified tele-behavioral health provider and can provide video sessions in addition to face to face.
