Hello! My name is Aryn Pardieck and I am a psychotherapist based in Illinois and Wisconsin. My style is warm and friendly. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. I further specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, including transgender and nonbinary clients. I always provide gender-affirming care and work to provide a safe and accepting space. I also very much enjoy working with those who want to go deeper in therapy and explore mindfulness. I have 15 year of experience working as a clinician.

My goal is to create a space for my clients to harness their inner strengths, increase self-awareness, and cultivate self-compassion. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them navigate difficult thoughts and emotions while at the same time pivoting towards a life of meaning, purpose, and connection.
I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client, always focusing on the individual as a whole, not the disorder. While life can be hard, the hard times can push us to grow in unimaginable ways. If you are insightful and motivated to make positive changes in your life, feel free to reach out!
