I serve adults, birthing people, adolescents, and children with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and race-based stress/trauma. I help clients access their own inner wisdom, and guide them through their healing journey, illuminated by the resilience of the human body and spirit.
As a certified trauma professional, my training includes race-based trauma, perinatal mental health, somatic healing, and integrated body-based techniques. To empower my clients, I work collaboratively utilizing an integrative approach that combines liberation-based healing, mind-body practices, somatic healing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
As a black woman, identity, inclusion, equity, and belonging are focal points for me. I’m passionate about empowering BIPOC folx and supporting them in protecting and growing their well-being in both professional and personal landscapes. I am a member of Therapy for Black Girls.
