A Calm Step Forward
A Calm Step Forward is a trauma-informed support group for women navigating cancer, from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and remission. Connect with others who understand your journey while processing emotions such as grief, fear, anger, and uncertainty in a safe, compassionate environment. Led by a therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting women with cancer, this group teaches mindfulness, relaxation, and coping skills to reduce stress, build resilience, and foster hope.
