My name is Aryn and I am the practice owner at Sanctuary Christian Counseling (you do not need to have a faith background to come- all are welcome). My job as an artist of human change is invigorating and exciting for me - I gain joy from sitting down with clients who are struggling, as it is my life's calling to walk besides others in their suffering.
My counseling style is authentic and genuine- my primary belief is that counseling is most successful if you feel connected and safe being vulnerable with your therapist. While I am happy to see any type of client, I do have specific training in marriage counseling, and have worked often with couples dealing with infidelity, domestic violence, and PTSD.
I am trauma-informed, and take a specialized and personal approach. Every couple is different, and I do not assume that one modality will work the same for everyone.
