I love providing my clients with a safe and nonjudgmental space for them to be themselves. My biggest goal is for my clients to know that they have someone there for them, someone who can help them with their struggles and provide them support. I want to help people find balance in their lives, and aid people in finding their true selves. I know taking the step to get counseling is not an easy for one for all, and I hope to make your experience as comfortable as possible!
I work mainly with teens and young adults who have mental health disorders/issues such as anxiety, suicidal ideations, depression, trauma, grief, self confidence issues, self-harm, and ADHD. I also enjoy working with those who are transitioning to adulthood.
