I work with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and difficulty figuring out how to move from being stuck to moving along in life. We will collaborately work on ways to figure out where you are stuck and what got you there.

I aim to help adults overcome obstacles that keep them trapped and stuck in life. We will spend time working on what matters to you to help move you in the direction you want to be, ultimately most of us just want to be happy making choices that make a difference in our lives. You will build tools and solutions that last a lifetime.
