My approach utilizes a blend of modalities including Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, & Behavioral Activation to create a tailored experience to promote psychological/emotional healing.
