I work with you and your partner to navigate conflict, disconnection, and broken trust so you can rebuild safety, intimacy, and lasting connection. Serving clients in California and Colorado. I offer evening sessions via virtual video calls.

Our work begins with a thorough assessment of your relationship, followed by an individual session with each partner. Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep you stuck and create a roadmap for moving forward. From there, we'll focus on strengthening your connection, improving communication, and helping each of you better understand each other.

My approach is focused and goal-oriented, with most couples working with me for about 3-4 months. My goal is to help you create a relationship where both partners feel heard, valued and emotionally connected.
