I work with you and your partner to navigate conflict, disconnection, and broken trust so you can rebuild safety, intimacy, and lasting connection. I offer Couples Therapy to clients in California and Colorado, as well as Relationship & Sex Coaching to individuals and couples worldwide. Coaching is a separate, non-therapy service focused on growth, goals, and meaningful change. Virtual evening sessions available.

For couples therapy, our work begins with a thorough assessment of your relationships so we can identify the patterns keeping you stuck and create a roadmap forward. In coaching, we focus on your goals and the changes you want to make. Both approaches focus on strengthening connection, communication and intimacy.

My approach is focused and goal-oriented, with most couples working with me for about 3-4 months. My goal is to help you create a relationship where both partners feel heard, valued and emotionally connected.
