I approach trauma work with curiosity and compassion, using a mentalizing stance to help deepen understanding of yourself and your relationships.
I come from a place of cultural humility and hold the belief that addressing cultural diversity and race in psycho-therapy is important work in order to develop a higher standard of care in this area. I have been working in the field of social work/mental health since 2003, and have been a master’s level clinician since 2008 in different settings.
