My commitment is to help clarify and bring awareness to emotions, memories, relationships, and other life issues. Sessions with me can range from problem-solving counseling to depth-oriented psychotherapy. Currently my preference is working with individuals who are interested in a deeper level of self-exploration through ongoing weekly therapy sessions.
My practice is conveniently located in northern Santa Rosa close to the communities of Windsor and Healdsburg. I accept most major health insurance plans, and offer both daytime and evening appointments.
