I am the Clinical Director of a group practice (Montes LCSW Inc.) and a Veteran of the US Army. I hold a Master's and a Doctorate degree in social work. We specialize in serving the mental health needs of underserved and disenfranchised populations in Southern CA. Our team of multicultural clinicians is equipped to serve people of color, helping to reduce health disparities. We work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. We have expertise in working with trauma and infuse targeted case management to support the mental health needs of our patients.
We provide services to children, adults, older adults, and their families. We take a holistic approach to counseling, including the theoretical modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems. This allows our team to treat the patient and address stressors closely associated with their life. We provide patient-centered care through telehealth.
