The main focus of my practice is working with people that have experienced trauma with the goal of reducing or eliminating the negative impact of past trauma on their current and future lives.
With advances in therapy, it is possible to quickly resolve PTSD for most clients and help them heal their trauma and PTSD.
My ideal client is one that wants to resolve the negative impacts of past trauma on their daily lives so they can live happier and more fulfilling days. My focus is the rapid resolution of these issues.
I am trained in both Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Psychedelic Integration Therapy to assist in the resolution of trauma, depression and anxiety. My traditional counseling services are informed by CBT and Existential Theory to provide ongoing support to my clients. I work through Journey Clinical to provide Ketamine assisted therapy when appropriate.
The impacts of past trauma do not need to continue to negatively impact your life. I work with each client to compassionately address their current issues while working with them to resolve them to help them create the life they want.
