I have a clinical practice that offers services to children, adolescents, and couples. Most couples seek therapy to improve their communication, to discover more effective strategies to resolve conflicts and to create new goals for their marriage. Almost all couples come to the realization that the reasons for staying married are different than the reasons for getting married. Couples therapy can frequently help achieve these goals in 4-6 sessions. my clinical practice with children focuses on helping parents to gain a wider range of interventions with children who are adjusting to changes in their bodies, families, and school.
I offer a variety of psychological services that includes psychological evaluations, school evaluations, premarital counseling, individual and family counseling. It is difficult for some people to seek counseling out of a concern that therapy might make them feel worse about themselves and their situation and always try to explain the process of healing
