You may be navigating the weight of a new diagnosis, the isolation of chronic illness, or the disorientation of loss. Perhaps you are a first responder carrying the invisible load of a stress injury, or a carepartner feeling the flicker of burnout. I work best with individuals standing at a crossroads of health and identity, looking for a way to move through uncertainty with courage. Whether you are an athlete facing a performance barrier or a patient facing a life-altering transition, I am here to help you reclaim your sense of purpose and agency.
I help you build the psychological flexibility to carry life’s heaviest challenges. Using ACT and Meaning-Centered Therapy, I specialize in the intersection of mental health, chronic illness, and loss. I don't just treat symptoms; I help you reclaim your agency and reconnect with your values to live a purposeful life, even amidst uncertainty.
I believe growth is possible even in our most vulnerable moments. I provide a space where you feel heard and empowered to live a life aligned with your values. It is a privilege to walk alongside you in this work. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually trail running, Nordic skiing, or paddleboarding, staying connected to the movement I love.

Groups
Loss in the Outdoors
Loss in the Outdoors is a free, professionally-facilitated support group for those navigating grief or trauma related to outdoor pursuits. In the Mountain West, our identities are often tied to the landscapes we love; when trauma occurs there, the isolation can be profound. This in-person Bozeman group serves adventure athletes, first responders facing stress injuries, and surviving family or friends. We provide a confidential space to reduce isolation and foster healing through shared experience. Our goal is to help you carry your grief within a community that understands.
