During my professional years as a clinical social work therapist, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including clients with terminal illnesses and their family members, as well as children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral instability. I enjoy helping clients identify tools to cope with anxiety, depression, and anger. I also have experience assisting clients in navigating life transitions and understanding periods of grief and loss.

I provide a calm and validating approach to therapy while remaining direct and encouraging self-accountability. Utilizing a strengths-based perspective, I incorporate several clinical modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
