Due to the coronavirus, telehealth counseling sessions are used instead of in office face to face meeting. As an African American therapist and a Professor of Psychology I understand many of the challenges that are central to feeling accepted, loved, trusted and understood. My office is a place to begin the journey toward better understanding yourself and others. It's a place to resolve conflict, clear up confusion, improve communication, address feelings and develop strategies for coping with life's many stressors.
I specialize in working with couples and individuals from all cultural backgrounds. I facilitate the process of strengthening and improving communication in relationships. We work together on clarifying processing and finding solutions that will address problems of pain, sadness, betrayal, confusion, emptiness and abandonment.
Since many of us are having to stay at home. this is a good time for couples to utilize and benefit form counseling. Couples $150, families $175, telehealth and Individual sessions are $125 per session. A monthly master bill is provided upon request, to those seeking reimbursement from their insurance carrier, Health Saving Account or others funding source.
