About
Apologies I am unable to work with new clients at this time. Whether this is your first time looking for a therapist, or you're returning to therapy, the process of finding the right fit is in itself challenging. You're possibly wondering: 'How will I find the right therapist for me? Will I be comfortable? What will this be like?' These questions are so important - finding someone you feel comfortable with is one of the most significant parts of the healing process. When we find that right fit, we are able to explore our feelings without fear of judgement, leading us to new understandings of what needs to change.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, focusing both on what's happening today as well as how our past experiences and relationships continue to affect us. I specialize in working with couples, anxiety, and addictions. I am a level 2 trained Gottman Method Couples Therapist, an approach that is based on 40 years of research with thousands of couples.
