He is retired Army infantry sergeant, and purple heart recipient. He has a secondary License in Alocholism and Drug Abuse (LADAC). He has been working in criminal rehabilitation and substance abuse for the past 12 years. Art understands how the trauma and substance abuse play hand in hand and how to break the cycle.
