Artful Explorations Therapy is led by Kristen Rashid, a registered, board-certified art therapist who's been working with kids, teens, and adults in Philadelphia for over a decade. We offer support in navigating through a range of issues including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, adjustments, divorce, grief/loss, behavior difficulties, depression, and anger. We meet clients where they are and help them engage in the creative process of making art as a way to express themselves, increase insight, spark change, make connections, and develop coping and problem solving skills.
