Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. I’m a board-certified clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience and nearly 10 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Air Force. I see children, adults, and couples drawing from the Gottman Method and other evidence-based approaches. My approach is integrative and holistic, focusing on the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing.
I can assist with issues related to health psychology, perinatal & postpartum mental health, traumatic brain injury, and chronic illness and pain. I also work extensively with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, sleep issues, personality disorders, addiction, anger, & stress.
