I specialize in the treatment of relational trauma. I also offer coaching & education in neurodiverse (Autism/ADHD) relationships. I provide you the proven evidence-based tools you need to relinquish addictions, calm your nervous system, mitigate anxiety & depression, and enjoy healthy relational engagement. For 28 years it has been my honor to help clients recover from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, sexual dysfunction, chemical dependency & neurodiverse relational challenges. I work with individuals, couples & families.
I utilize Mind + Body approaches to guide clients in their journey of recovery. We'll explore the role of the Vagus nerve so central in calming reactions. You'll learn to use breathing, body awareness exercises, therapeutic yoga, & five senses to restore imner balance. You will learn proven methods to change your internal reactions to any kind of stress.
I offer in-person sessions, telehealth (Zoom) & phone sessions. I also offer mindful walks, sound therapy, clinical hypnosis or pet-assisted therapy. I am trained in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, CBT & Therapeutic Yoga. Let me know days/hours you're available for treatment & when best to call.
