Hello! ARTE Counseling and Wellness, PLLC provides mental health services to children and adults in Texas. Using culturally compassionate care and evidence based methods we work with you and your family to build trust and safety in the therapeutic setting. We collaborate with clients to address challenging anxiety symptoms in various life transitions and together develop a plan of care that motivates them to remain consistent with their wellbeing goals.
We specialize in working with moms in the preconception, pregnancy, postpartum period. We understand the needs of infertility, baby bonding, birth trauma. We welcome fathers looking to better understand their roles.
We work closely with the gifted child that worries constantly or the child/teen athlete that does great at practice and freezes at games.
At ARTE your experience is heard, your emotions are validated and your thoughts are not judged. Our mission is to help clients build strengths , find clarity and reach a level of calm they are comfortable with.
