With over a decade of experience, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the psychological complexities that often accompany these struggles and can help you develop strategies to move beyond them.
With a trauma informed approach, I specialize in working with clients experiencing mood/anxiety struggles during the pregnancy/postpartum period including fertility challenges, miscarriage, TFM, abortion, and OCD. I also specialize in eating disorders (body image, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID) through a health at every size lens.
As a mother myself, I understand the immense challenges surrounding the journey from conception to birth to parenting. Combining this experience with my specialized professional training, we work together to develop an understanding of who you are, your values and how to work within your unique situation to build the fulfilling, balanced life you want.
