As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) I believe that creativity and access to our imagination is an essential tool for self-discovery, transformation and health. When we become stuck in life, these tend to be the first tools that we lose access to. I have a body-centered, trauma-informed, holistic and individualized approach that also recognizes that we are each impacted by the communities and systems that we are part of. I enjoy collaborating with clients to help you find agency in your own healing process and become your own visionary in hard times.
Together, we will build connections through creative expression (this could include writing, engaging with music, art-making, mindfulness, visualization, embodied play) and traditional counseling techniques to aid you in finding resilience, personal insight, growth, and openness to new opportunities.
