I have worked with survivors of trauma for ten years. As a child survivor of narcissistic and abusive parents myself, I have fallen in love with the work of assisting survivors on their own path to safety, healing, and even joy! I specialize in survivors of narcissistic abuse, especially within adult children of narcissistic parents and intimate partners of narcissists. Having a Narcissist parent/partner is something you can only truly understand if you have experienced it personally, and it is my mission in life to use my own experiences and knowledge to help YOU understand and heal from the impacts of this kind of abuse.

Chuck brings nearly fifteen years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist working with teens and adults in a variety of settings. His work has always been about creativity, motivation, mindfulness and recognizing one’s ability to direct oneself. Chuck helps people learn the foundations of awareness and coping to be able to reach their full potential. He enjoys working with individuals who are motivated for change or the idea of creating positive change in their lives.

I earned both my Masters of Science in Art Therapy and in Mental Health Counseling from Emporia State University. I enjoy working with clients of all ages from diverse backgrounds, particularly supporting individuals to navigate the stresses of daily living. Additionally, I specialize in behavioral strategies to help parents support their children towards healthy growth. I utilize a solution-focused framework with an array of therapeutic approaches to best fit the needs of each client.
