Are you struggling with sleep, anxiety, or both? Dealing with insomnia, and especially the anxiety + insomnia combination, can be an overwhelming and isolating experience. You may be exhausted trying to manage this on your own or with support that hasn't been quite the right fit for your needs. My goal is to help you understand and manage your anxiety, insomnia, relationship stress, mood changes (or all of these), so that you can thrive. You are here because you are ready! I specialize in treating sleep issues utilizing CBT-I, recommended as first line treatment for adults struggling with chronic insomnia. I will also address underlying anxiety disorders that often trigger sleep disruption. Additionally, I am passionate about working with couples using an integrative approach that draws from Gottman, Solution-Focused, and CBT.
All sessions are currently online. This means starting therapy right now is very easy and convenient.
