I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families with trauma, grief and loss, life endangering illness, anxiety, depression, and severe mental illness. Each one of us have a unique story which requires a unique approach. Therefore, I use different theories and techniques adapted to your needs.
Being a former professional ballet dancer I understand how physically, emotionally, and psychologically challenging it can be to perform at a high level in an extremely competitive environment. Additionally, being French and having to change careers, I am sensitive to the challenges of transition with its cultural component.
