Sometimes there are circumstances in life that are overwhelming and are beyond our control. Other times, we are trapped by our own perceptions and projections of the world. My approach is to serve as a guide and help you unravel your perceptions, memories, and beliefs, as well as provide you with some skills to help you cope in your world. I am partnered with Journey Clinical to provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I work primarily with couples looking for deeper communication around sexual intimacy.
I am trained in Sex Therapy, Hakomi, EMDR, & EFT for couples. I help you assess your goals, values, and motivation and encourage you to use those as a guide to change. I utilize the Imago method to help deepen communication between couples and uncover underlying beliefs or wounds that tend to play out in intimate relationships.
I come from a social justice, multicultural background. I primarily work with intercultural couples looking to achieve better connection and communication around sex and sexual intimacy. There are so many myths and misconceptions tied into your sexual narrative and uncovering how these impact you and your partner is part of the services I provide.
