I am passionate about helping people find more balance, joy, and fulfillment in their lives by focusing on their personal goals and utilizing a highly individualized and direct approach. I specialize in working with adults with a variety of needs and issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, grief/loss, stress, anger, self-esteem issues, communication skills, divorce/separation, and parenting.
I am mindful of your time and money so I work in a very focused manner to maximize our sessions together. My hours are flexible and include daytime, evening, and Saturday availability. I am greatly looking forward to meeting you and helping you accomplish your goals.
