I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for couples work where we focus on identifying and de-escalating negative cycles, rebuilding trust and emotional safety, and restructuring patterns toward connection, closeness, and a deeper intimacy. I also have a small practice working with individuals.
I help with a full range of struggles and provide a non-pathologizing approach to explore and deepen your understanding of what you are experiencing, so that we can fully address what is needed and work through the obstacles together.
I come from higher education and the arts and offer a respectful, attuned, direct approach. It takes courage to begin the counseling journey, and I welcome setting up a free consultation so you may ask questions and get a sense of my approach and if it feels like a good fit for your current needs. I welcome all communities.
