My focus is on helping my clients learn the tools that they need to discover or return to the self they desire to be.
I have 16 years of experience working with individuals, children and families on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, transition to parenting, parent-child relationships and healing from trauma. I offer a warm and accepting environment where you can come as you are and dive into the work you need to do.
