My focus is helping clients process and work through problems involving depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loss, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). In my practice, clients are encouraged to consider treatment interventions involving their thoughts, emotions, physical bodies, and spirituality. Clients are empowered to reduce emotional pain, develop insight, determine goals, and improve relationships.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of California with over 15 years of experience working in mental health clinics and the public sector. My therapeutic work is based on the belief that some of the most challenging times in life can bring about positive change, growth, and transformation.
