Hi, my name is Erin! What we believe is what we experience. Imagine if we could learn how to rewire our own internal belief system into something that molds exactly what we want our lives to look like. Imagine if we had the power to change our limiting belief patterns and the way we block ourselves, then transform our beliefs into something that attracts and creates the life we want to have. We can do this and I want to teach you how! I am an enthusiast of life despite the fact that life is far from easy. As humans with a thinking mind we go through many different waves and phases of life and not all of those are pretty.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents age 15+ dealing with a wide range of mental health and personality disorders. I use an ample range of therapeutic tools and methodologies that will be specifically catered to your needs. Meditation and Yoga Therapy are some of my favorite tools aside from traditional therapeutic techniques.
My purpose in life is to guide you into a healing space of acceptance and transcendence of pain and pressure. I want to help you dive into the depths of your being where you can identify the root source(s) of your pain while learning tools and methods to work through these blocks and release it all.
