Sometimes in life, we get 'stuck', finding ourselves at an impasse, struggling to figure out the next move. Finding direction in the midst of chaos can be a daunting and overwhelming task. I'm here to help you through this difficult moment, providing you the support and care to move forward. Let's jump in and equip you with the tools and skills you need to discover your most authentic self in a creative, playful setting where you feel understood and validated in your experience.
I work from a relational lens using talk therapy and creative interventions. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma. I offer a strength-based approach and am passionate about getting everyone access to mental health care.
I value the therapeutic relationship as the most essential ingredient to growth and healing. I offer a compassionate, genuine space where you can bring all parts of yourself.
