Navigating high school can be tough. This group provides a safe, non-judgmental space for teen girls (ages 14-17) to express themselves, build resilience, and connect with peers. Through therapeutic artmaking, journaling, and discussion, we explore topics like anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and managing stress.
