I offer therapeutic art sessions for adults and teens who want a gentle, creative way to explore emotions and find balance. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, a life transition, relationship issues, a medical crisis, traumatic memories…I have found therapeutic art can bring healing and change in a unique way.
You don’t need to be an artist—the focus is on expression and healing, not perfection. Through materials like paint, collage, or clay, we give shape to feelings that are hard to put into words, and create space for change.
My rate for individuals is $120 for a 75 minute session. For couples its $145 for a (recommended) 90 minute session. Art materials are included.
