Groups meet weekly, online: Tuesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning, and Thursday afternoon These groups are intended to promote a richer understanding of oneself through the perceptions of other members; greater awareness of one's impact on others in both personal and professional relationships; deeper insight into one's own psychological needs and defenses; increased ability to utilize countertransference reactions for therapeutic purposes; exploration and working through of trauma and other longstanding emotional conflicts; and professional growth and identity.
