As an Artist and Meditation Teacher with over 30 years experience in Human Services, I am excited to offer a creative spin on bringing your dreams to fruition. My passion lies with being a catalyst for growth. I am happy to announce that I am now offering a way to gain a deeper connection of spirit, mind and body through a guided meditation workshop. The meditation and workshops are offered in a group setting and or through 1:1 sessions.
With the use of Art, powerful activities, guided imagery, and thought-provoking discussion, inspiration is ignited, passion refreshes, and the path you seek follows! Sessions are individualized to fit interests and skill levels. Join me in designing your future!
Sessions run from 60 to 90 min. at $40 to $90 per session. Most see results in 1-3 visits. Sliding fee option, so please don’t hesitate to call or email. I look forward to connecting with you.
