I specialize in anxiety, grief/loss, relationship struggles, ADHD, identity formation, trauma and life transitions. I also specialize in Christian counseling, but that is optional to you as I am trained without that aspect as well. My hope is to assess your goals and partner with you to achieve them! This process can be overwhelming and daunting but have no fear! We can do so much together.
