I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Registered Art Therapist providing telehealth services throughout New Mexico. My approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with experiential and creative methods, including art therapy, which can help access emotions and insights.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and collaborative, drawing from CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, behavior modification, problem-solving, and expressive art therapy. I’m licensed in addiction treatment and certified in MDMA, Adult autism, and ADHD.
