I specialize in individual 13+ and couples therapy for neurodiverse relationships, including parents & friends- navigating ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, and other neurotypes. Using the Gottman Method and neurodiversity-affirming practices, I help partners & individuals/parents/friends to understand their differences, reduce conflict, repair ruptures and build communication systems that actually work for their brains. I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and welcome couples of all backgrounds. In person in Ft. Collins, Co and Tele-health in PA & FL
Many couples come to me after a late diagnosis—often in adulthood—when suddenly years of conflict, burnout, or disconnection start to make sense. One or both partners may feel grief, relief, anger, or confusion as past struggles are reinterpreted through a new lens. I help couples navigate this transition with care and structure—supporting both partners.
Seeing teens 13+ and young adults is also a passion of mine. I have a young spirit that just helps me connect with them. At my ranch they have choices of how they want to process, heal and express. The environment helps build self-esteem, emotional regulation, confidence and trust in the self while also building connection.
