My ideal client is someone who feels stuck, whether in patterns of self-doubt, unhealthy relationships, unresolved trauma, or major life transitions, but is ready to do the inner work to break free. They may be carrying the weight of childhood wounds, stress, grief, or identity struggles, seeking a safe space where their story can be heard without judgment. Their goals often center around building self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier boundaries, and a stronger sense of purpose.
In our work together, I integrate CBT to reframe unhelpful thought patterns and strengths-based practice to recognize invisible strengths my clients have a hard time seeing when life is throwing them challenge after challenge. Therapy with me is both reflective and action-oriented; you’ll gain insight, but you’ll also leave with tools.

Sessions include progress check-ins, skill-building, and exploring deeper emotions.
