There are many complicated issues and painful situations in today's world . . . Whether reconciling relationships, working through a difficult experience or managing personal issues, my passion is to help families, individuals, couples, adolescents and children find direction and healing that will last a lifetime.
I received my Masters Degree and Advanced Graduate Degree in Clinical Community Counseling from The John Hopkins University where I specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral and Reality Therapy. I also have training in Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and Faith Based Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.
Our practice is made up of 10 therapist who offer hope and healing to clients of many different cultural backgrounds from childhood up through adulthood. We have very comfortable and relaxing rooms as well as designated Creative Arts rooms to help provide an environment for growth and healing to take place.
