Arrive Therapy is a trans and queer focused counseling practice with all LGBTQ counselors. If you are trans, non-binary, gay, queer, or questioning it is my desire to create a safe space for you to find the support you are looking for. If you are the parent of a trans child or teen, we are here to support you, as well as your child. We work with LGBTQ folks of all ages, including parents and partners of trans folks. We can see you remotely or in person in Paoli. You can get started with a free phone consult so we can pick the right therapist for you. Ongoing peer support group for adolescents 15-19 years old. Mixed group for trans female, trans male and non binary individuals. More about group: Meets weekly, Saturdays, in-person at the Paoli office, 1:00pm- 2:00pm. Group content is therapist-led. The content includes peer support, therapeutic processing and psycho-education (emotional regulation skills, etc). $35/group/week.

Trans Adult Support Group

Ongoing peer support group for adults over 18 years old. Mixed group for anyone under the trans umbrella. More about group: Group runs every week, at 12 week intervals. Join for 12 weeks initially. Decide every 12 weeks if you want to continue for the next 12 weeks. Meets weekly, Sundays, via Telehealth/Zoom, 7:00pm-8:00pm. Group content is therapist-led. The content includes peer support, therapeutic processing and psycho-education (emotional regulation skills, etc). $35/group/week.
