I have experience working primarily with teens and adults with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and self-esteem related issues. I also enjoy hosting adult therapy groups that utilize tabletop roleplaying games to encourage collaboration while concurrently exploring mental health issues.

I believe that each person is an expert in their own story, and that each individual has their own sets of triumphs and roadblocks. My job is to promote a welcoming and safe space for each person to freely express what's on their mind, while also advocating for personal growth!

I have always had a desire to help people, and counseling is how I get to do that. I understand that the first step towards trying something new can be hard, so I invite you to challenge yourself and give therapy with me a try!
