After many years of experience in sport. Starting out as a youth and working my way through the ranks of amateur, Division I student-athlete, and ultimately a professional athlete, I can relate to the many pressures athletes and other competitive individuals face. I do not believe in the one shoe fits all theory.
I take pride in getting to know each person individually and then tailoring my therapeutic approach accordingly. I do not have a magic wand- but I do have an abundance of patience, positive regard and understanding.
Armed with this and various clinical skills, learnt over many years, I practice psychoanalysis and CBT and I am solution oriented.
