My passion is families, the building block upon which society is built. By healing families, we heal the world. I specialize in couples therapy, which improves not only the couple but the entire family as a result. I specialize in working with teenagers, helping them with depression, social anxiety, and life coaching. I specialize in treating trauma, a taxing burden that no one should have to carry through life, a burden that sadly so often goes untreated.
As a veteran of the U.S. Army, I personally understand the issues that military members and their families share: 24 hour staff duty shifts, weeks spent in the field, multiple deployments, and more. I love working with military members and their families and easing the strain that this rigorous lifestyle places on them.
Cuándo era mas joven, vivía en El Salvador. Me encanta trabajar con la gente latina y puedo ofrecer la terapia completamente en espanol si es necesario.

Groups
Survivors Group

This is a group for survivors of psychological abuse. As this type of abuse tends to remain hidden in society, members of this group often feel great relief knowing that others understand what they have been through. This support, along with a therapeutic model designed for survivors, helps people to heal from psychological abuse and recapture the person they once were.
