In our first session together, we will start with introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. As therapy is NOT a one size fits all, this will help us create a plan tailored just for you. I am here to assist those who are willing to roll up their sleeves and put in the work. You have taken a courageous first step; and I would be honored to embark on this journey with you.
In order to work on something, you must first be aware of its presence. This is why my modality of choice is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I'm a firm believer in self-reflection and assessments, because it allows you to see all the moving parts in your life, which can fosters an environment of growth and positive change.
It has always been my desire to serve and bring out the best in people. Growing up with parents who struggled with addiction, I experienced anxiety and depression at an early age, and did not want to become a product of my environment. This led me to seek a path where I could not only help myself, but others as well.
